2 heads Butter Lettuce, chopped
6 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 cup Fresh Corn Kernels
1 cup Kalamata Olives, halved
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
½ cup Pine Nuts, toasted
1 cup Purple Cabbage, shredded
¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
1 cup Turkey Bacon, chopped
Your Choice of Dressing
Spread the butter lettuce over a large platter.
Start by creating a line of turkey bacon down the center of the lettuce, then create identical lines of toppings on either side of the bacon.
