¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ cup granular Swerve
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup Swerve Confectioners Style
5 tablespoons almond milk
Whisk the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, Swerve, and salt together. Use a whisk to fully combine.
In another bowl, whip the eggs and mix in the almond milk. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Stir in the melted coconut oil.
In another bowl, combine the icing ingredients. Whisk until fully combined.
In using a donut machine: grease each donut mold with coconut oil and fill with batter. Close and cook for 2 minutes at 160 degrees C. Remove from the machine and cover with the prepared icing. Enjoy immediately!
In using an oven and mini donut pan: grease each donut mold with coconut oil and fill with batter. Bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from the oven and cover with the prepared icing. Enjoy immediately!
