2 cooked sweet potatoes
6 pimento-stuffed green olives, minced
sea salt and black pepper
Peel the cooked sweet potatoes and cut into 1 inch slices. Place in a medium sized pot, over low heat, along with the remaining ingredients.
Cook, stirring often, until creamy, warmed and fully incorporated. Remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy!
