If you’re looking for a healthier alternative to PIZZA CRUST, look no further than this incredible recipe!

I’ve tried so many grain&dairy-free pizza crust recipes in the past, most involving cauliflower, and never with much success until I found this method of using quinoa. This crust is legit!

The method of soaking quinoa for 6 to 8 hours, and then blending it up in a food processor, turns it into a viable, sturdy pizza crust. It’s like magic!

Quinoa is a gluten-free seed that contains complete protein and wholesome complex carbohydrates. Eating a real food pizza crust like this, as opposed to the bleached-wheat version that you’d get at Dominos will make a difference in your fitness results. This crust is made with a shortlist of real food ingredients, rather than a laundry list of processed ingredients with preservatives and additives.

Most importantly it tastes DELICIOUS!

Serves 2

1 cup quinoa (soaked for 6-8 hours)

¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon water

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Soak the quinoa in a bowl of water for 6-8 hours. Rinse under running water.

Blend all of the ingredients in the food processor to form a dough. The dough will be a little runny.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the dough into your desired pizza shape.

Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes.

Load up your crust with your favorite sauce and toppings. Place back in the oven for 12 minutes, until your cheese has melted and toppings are warmed up. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Quick Tip

Load up your pizza with your favorite toppings! I used pizza sauce and fresh mozzarella!
