Radishes take on an entirely new flavor and texture when they are roasted. This salad is sweet and savoy.
1 bunch radishes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
¼ teaspoon sea salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a small baking pan with olive oil.
Remove the radish stems and cut into quarters. Toss with the olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Spread over the prepared pan and roast for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
