2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
2 teaspoons ground sage
1 tablespoon ground fennel
½ teaspoon ground chili
2 tablespoons roasted red bell pepper, minced
2 pounds ground pork
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Combine all of the ingredients, except the coconut oil, in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands— but wash them first! Form 12 sausage patties.
Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook the sausages until browned on both sides. Enjoy!
