3 tablespoons pickle juice
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic chili sauce
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
stevia to taste
olive oil spray
4 (6 oz) halibut fillets

Preheat the broiler and position the top oven rack to 6 inches from the heat. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on it. Spray the rack with olive oil.
Rinse the halibut fillets and pat dry. Season both sides with the salt and pepper. Place the fillets on the rack. Brush the tops with half of the Red Pepper Relish.
Broil for 2 minutes, flip each fillet and brush with the remaining relish. Return to the broiler for another 4 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky. Enjoy!
