About

Not your grandma’s snickerdoodle recipe

It’s better than hers!

This isn’t a knock on granny’s world-class cookies, it’s just that these ones are so much less fattening than hers.

You see, it’s entirely possible to create sweet, cinnamony snickerdoodles without all of the fattening and harmful ingredients that are found in granny’s cookies.

What did we swap out?

Refined sugar is GONE! Replaced by zero-sugar swerve that’s made with natural erythritol that doesn’t impact your blood sugar or promote weight gain like regular sugar does.

Refined flour is GONE! Replaced with gluten-free almond flour and coconut flour that’s filled with usable nutrition and fewer carbs than traditional flour to keep you energetic and lean.

Also there’s a very special, metabolism-boosting ingredient... PROTEIN POWDER!

TRULEAN Cinnamon Cereal Milk was the obvious flavor choice for these fat-burning, fitness snickerdoodles! It adds metabolism-boosting protein to every delicious bite.

And, yes, it tastes HEAVENLY - every bit as satisfying as granny’s cookies - just with ZERO guilt!

Serves 36

1 cup Butter or coconut oil

1 cup Swerve

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1½ cups almond flour

2 tablespoons coconut flour (optional)

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon sea salt

3 tablespoons granular Swerve

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

2

In a large mixing bowl mix the butter and granular swerve together. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.

3

In another bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour, TRULEAN Cinnamon Cereal Milk Premium Protein, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix until fully combined. Beat into the butter mixture.

4

Use a Tablespoon to form 36 balls of dough. In a small bowl combine the remaining granular swerve and ground cinnamon. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon mixture.

5

Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheets, making sure to leave 3 inches of space between each cookie. These cookies will expand a lot while baking! Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool slightly before transferring from the pans. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
