The great news is that it’s entirely possible to create a delicious, cold, satisfying smoothie bowl with minimal sugar and loads of fitness-fueling protein.

Serves 2

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt

¼ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter


Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Serve immediately!


*Optional: garnish with sliced fruit and serve in a coconut!

Quick Tip

This recipe can be changed to Vanilla Berry by swapping out the peanut butter for a scraped vanilla bean!
