About

When you set out to accomplish something BIG you can be sure that there will be friction.

Friction comes in the shape of problems, setbacks, resistance, excuses, challenges, dead ends, frustrations, and moments when you throw your hands up in the air and question if your BIG THING is even possible.

What you’re really questioning is this…how badly do I want it? How much more pain will I push through to achieve this BIG THING that I want? Would I be satisfied living in a world without it?

This is the natural order of things, of course. If BIG THINGS were easy and arrived without the pain of friction, then it wouldn’t really be a BIG THING now would it?

You have to earn it by pushing through the friction.

(And you will. Keep pushing.)

If your BIG THING involves changing your diet, losing weight and eating real food meals then give this new recipe a try…

Serves 4

¼ cup grainy Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon raw honey

1 bunch curly kale, stemmed and chopped

2 shallots, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 salmon fillets

Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Combine the mustard and honey in small bowl.

2

Salt and pepper the salmon and spread the tops with mustard mixture.

3

In baking pan mix the kale and shallots with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Top with the fillets and roast for 15-20 minutes, until flaky. Drizzle with lemon juice.
