Something magical happens when you drink a cup of freshly made veggie juice, especially when it contains a generous helping of fresh ginger. It’s as if your cells start to buzz! It’s energizing and refreshing. And I’ve noticed an added benefit: it seems to act as a mild appetite suppressant. Bonus!
Note: Play around with the ingredients to find the very best flavor for you. I happen to really like ginger, so my version is usually quite spicy! If you are making this for the kids, feel free to add some chopped melon to sweeten it up.
1 bunch kale
1 bunch spinach
2 Green Apples
4 carrots
1 inch Ginger Root
Wash all of the ingredients. Quarter the apples.
Run everything through a juicer. Mix and drink immediately. Enjoy!
