White Chocolate Cranberry Protein Cookies! (Makes 12 Large Cookies) Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat ¼ cup softened coconut oil (or butter) with 1 egg and 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract. Add the contents of the jar and mix until fully combined.
