Garlic yogurt sauce is always served as a topping for ground meat dishes at my in-laws, so I came up with this dairy-free version using coconut cream. Feel free to get crazy with the amount of garlic you add! The more garlic the better!
Serve this garlic sauce on Armenian Tacos, Grain-Free Dolmas, Grain-Free Dolmas with Ground Chicken, and Stuffed Zucchini.
2 cups coconut cream
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
½ teaspoon sea salt
In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add additional salt and pepper as needed. Chill until serving. Enjoy!
