1 scoop or packet Trulean Frosted Vanilla Protein Powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon granular Swerve
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
pinch of sea salt
⅛ teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)
2 tablespoons Trulean Frosted Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tablespoons confectioners swerve
1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon unsweetened almond milk
1 slice of kiwi
1 slice of mango
Lightly grease the inside of a large, microwave-safe mug with coconut oil. Add all of the mug cake ingredients and mix well.
