½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon granular Swerve
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
pinch of sea salt
⅛ teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)

2 tablespoons confectioners swerve
