2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ cup granular Swerve
1 cup almond milk
½ cup Swerve Confectioners Style
5 tablespoons almond milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, Swerve, and salt together. Use a whisk to fully combine.
In another bowl, whip the eggs and mix in the almond milk. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Stir in the melted coconut oil.
In another bowl, combine the icing ingredients. Whisk until fully combined.
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Serve hot with the protein frosting. Enjoy!
