1 cup almond milk

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 cup fresh spinach OR 1 scoop TruLean Powdered Greens

1 tablespoon Almond Butter

⅓ cup rolled oats

sprinkle of ground cinnamon

sprinkle of ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seed 

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract​ (optional

Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
