Here’s a nutritious and quick side that compliments any dinner. 


Serves 4

1 pound broccolini

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves Garlic, minced


Directions

Fill a large skillet with water and bring to a boil. Add the salt.

Trim the ends from the broccolini and slice into thin pieces.

Add the broccolini to the boiling water. Simmer for 6 minutes, until bright green and tender. Drain and return the skillet to heat.

Add the olive oil and garlic cloves. Cook for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
