This simple, vibrant slaw is the perfect side to tender, savory steak. 


Serves 10
For the dressing

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ cup fresh orange juice

¼ cup lime juice

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon raw honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

sprinkle of sea salt and black pepper

For the slaw

1 head red cabbage, finely shredded

1 carrot, peeled and shredded

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped


Directions

Blend the dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.

Place the slaw ingredients in a large bowl. Toss in the salad dressing. Serve immediately.
