Is it just me, or is stuffing a vegetable full of flavorful protein a really awesome way to eat? In this recipe we try crab and tomatoes.
2 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
8 ounces crabmeat
¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
4 large Tomatoes, hollowed and drained
In a large bowl combine the cabbage, parsley, crabmeat, cherry tomatoes and dressing. Fill each of the large hollowed tomatoes. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
