Using Greek yogurt and adding in some TRULEAN protein makes this frozen, creamy treat high in protein, low in sugar and HUGE ON FLAVOR!
It’s super fun to serve this dessert in coconuts and to top with fresh mango, roasted peanuts and a drizzle of raw honey. Enjoy!
2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
2 scoops Frosted Vanilla Cake Protein Powder
1 ripe Mango, chopped
2 tablespoons dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
drizzle of raw honey, melted
2 coconuts, halved
Divide the yogurt into 2 ziplock bags and store in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove the yogurt from the freezer and, while it's still in the bags, break into pieces. If it's really solid, then place in the fridge for 10 minutes and then break it into pieces.
Place the frozen yogurt in a food processor and pulse to chop. Add the protein powder and flaked coconut and blend until creamy.
Serve immediately in coconut halves. Garnish with fresh mango, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
