Here’s a side dish that’s quick to throw together and goes great with Tuna Cakes. Cabbage, apple and onion are a tasty combination that are filled with fiber and vitamins.
I love the color of red (purple) cabbage! Any food with this much vibrant, natural color must be really good for you, right?
- In a large skillet, place the oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the cabbage and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and continue to sauté until tender.
