This is my super easy slow cooker holiday ham recipe that gives you all the sweet ham goodness that you love without any refined sugar. It’s great to have a few recipes that don’t require the oven – because you know how crowded the oven can get right before your big holiday meal!
This ham is tender, sweet and pleasing for all. Enjoy!
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 (4-6 pounds) cooked, boneless ham
- ⅓ cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut palm sugar
- Rub the inside of the slow cooker with coconut oil. Slice the ham three quarters of the way down, so that it stays together as a whole. Place the ham in the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl combine the Dijon, honey, syrup and coconut palm sugar. Pour the mixture over the ham. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the ham from the slow cooker, tent in foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Strain the juices and pour over the ham. Serve and enjoy!
