Serves 18

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 (4-6 pounds) cooked, boneless ham
  • ⅓ cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut palm sugar

  1. Rub the inside of the slow cooker with coconut oil. Slice the ham three quarters of the way down, so that it stays together as a whole. Place the ham in the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the Dijon, honey, syrup and coconut palm sugar. Pour the mixture over the ham. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove the ham from the slow cooker, tent in foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Strain the juices and pour over the ham. Serve and enjoy!
