Just because you’re eating healthy doesn’t mean that you won’t sometimes crave some chips. Try these simple, baked veggie chips.

I have a dream that one day we will rise up and live out the true meaning of a nutritious, life promoting diet.

I have a dream that one day obesity and weight related disease will become an anomaly, and no longer the norm.

I have a dream that one day toxic, processed foods that rob our bodies of health will be replaced with real, wholesome, synergistic foods that fill us with vitality and life.

I have a dream that my future grandchildren will one day live in a world where childhood obesity does not threaten to stifle the length and quality of their lives, but rather where good nutrition is plentiful and young bodies and lives are vibrantly strong.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day, in our homes, we will regularly sit down together to enjoy lovingly prepared, nutritiously dense, generously flavored meals, in lieu of nutritionally bankrupt fast food takeout.

I have a dream that one day menu planning will be simply automatic, done-for-us and never again will we be taken off guard by that inevitable question, “What’s for dinner?”

I have a dream that one day weekly grocery lists will be generated in one click and never again will we resort to scribbled lists and forgotten ingredients.

I have a dream that one day our palates will be tickled and excited with a plethora of new flavorful recipes and never again will we resort to boring, tasteless and repeated meals.

I have a dream that one day we will have a place to call home in our healthy eating journey, a place to be supported, inspired, encouraged and equipped to succeed in not only restoring our health, our weight and our energy, but also in motivating us to reach higher, to live fuller and to dream bigger.

It all starts by slowly and steadily replacing the processed, unhealthy parts of our diet with wholesome, homemade alternatives. These baked veggie chips are the perfect replacement for processed potato chips. Enjoy!
