Yes, that’s how my week is going 🙂 Lots of work and not enough play.

And definitely not enough of these awesome Grapefuit Margaritas!

If you like to enjoy a fruity, refreshing cocktail on the weekends, watch out for the added sugar that most contain. Try out this recipe, or simply ask for your margarita to be made without added sweeteners, and you’ll be surprised at how awesome it still is!

Grapefruit Margarita

  • 1 shot tequila (or 2…)
  • Juice and pulp of half a lime
  • ½ cup club soda
  • ¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a sea salt-rimmed glass. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
