Caveman Candy
Here’s a super quick recipe for dark chocolate covered figs — aka Caveman Candy. Dried mission figs are packed with natural fiber, vitamins and minerals. It’s not often that candy offers you those benefits! 
Here’s what you need:
- 5 oz dark chocolate — 72% cocoa or higher
- 30 dried mission figs
- Cover a plate with wax paper and then set aside.
- Melt the chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly — or use a double boiler.
- Grab the figs by their stem and dip into the melted chocolate. Place on the prepared plate.
- Once all the figs have been dipped, place the plate in the fridge for a least 20 minutes.
