Real Healthy Chips and Dip
Let’s get real, as someone who takes their health and fitness seriously, fried chips are simply out of the question. So what is left to munch on at a party or while watching a movie? I’m gonna let you in on a little snacking secret of mine….jicama chips and fresh guacamole! If you’ve never paired these two wholesome foods then you are in for a treat. Snack away to your heart’s content:)
- 1 jicama for every serving
- fresh guacamole
- Wash and peel the jicama. Cut in half and then slice into chips.
- Serve with a bowl of fresh guacamole.
