Let’s get real, as someone who takes their health and fitness seriously, fried chips are simply out of the question. So what is left to munch on at a party or while watching a movie? I’m gonna let you in on a little snacking secret of mine….jicama chips and fresh guacamole! If you’ve never paired these two wholesome foods then you are in for a treat. Snack away to your heart’s content:)

1 jicama for every serving

Fresh Guacamole


Directions

Wash and peel the jicama. Cut in half and then slice into chips.

Serve with a bowl of fresh guacamole.
