Our peach tree came through with a small crop this year, so naturally I took to the kitchen. My goal was to create a delicious dessert that wouldn’t interfere with my goal to look great at the pool this summer
1 sweet, ripe Peach, chopped
Coconut Cooking Spray
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 sprinkle sea salt
1 sprinkle ground cinnamon
Wash, peel and pit the peach. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Pre-heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Spray lightly with coconut cooking spray.
Sauté the peach pieces for about a minute, then add the raw honey, salt and cinnamon. Continue to saute for another few minutes until it turns a deep golden color.
Serve and enjoy immediately!
