My mother-in-law introduced me to this method of dressing avocado. Since she has both an ever-producing lemon tree and a huge avocado tree, she makes it often. It is a delicious and speedy side dish!
- Avocado, sliced
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Dash of paprika
- Dash of garlic salt
- Slice your avocado, generously drizzle it with lemon juice and then sprinkle with paprika and garlic salt. That’s it!
