Classic Green Juice copySince my diagnosis and treatment for melanoma this summer I’ve been on a major cleansing spree – including 2 glasses of fresh pressed green juice per day. This is one of my current favorite blends of produce to use. It’s not too sweet and the parsley, cilantro and ginger add a fantastic kick!

Always use organic produce when you juice and wash everything thoroughly. Enjoy!

Classic Green Juice

Serves 2

  • 6 cups of mixed spinach, kale and chard
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 orange
  • 1 green apple
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • 2 inches fresh ginger root

  1. Run all of the ingredients through your juicer. Drink immediately. Enjoy!

    Do you juice the entire orange, including the peel?
