Real Healthy Whole Food Snacks

Best paleo snack recipesDid you know that snacking is now being blamed for society’s collective weight gain?

A study came out, conducted at the University of North Carolina, that snacking throughout the day on high calorie foods is more to blame for weight gain than large portioned meals.

The nutrition professor, who conducted the study, said that we are snacking between meals when we aren’t even hungry, and that food advertisements play a big hand in what we choose to snack on.

This professor suggested that, in order to avoid weight gain, we only snack when hungry and only snack on fruits and vegetables.

Snacking on only fruits and vegetables may sound kind of boring, but don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! These are my favorite 3 snickity snack recipes…Plantain Chips, Classic Kale Chips and Cheese Kale Chips.

In this video I’ll show you just how easy these tasty, crunchy snacks are to make 🙂
