The FASTEST way to separate egg yolks from whites

This simple trick makes egg yolk separation super easy

Plenty of recipes require that the yolks be separated from the whites. Often this is so that the whites can be beaten into a fluff and which adds an airy lightness to the recipe (like my recipe for Fluffy Egg White Biscuits!)  And while this is usually a frustrating task, today I’m going to share a simple trick to save the day.

Who knew that separating egg yolks from egg whites could be so easy…and FUN!
