This December has been jam packed with activities and mile long to-do lists. With the hustle and bustle of the season, I’m always on the lookout for quick and healthy snacks. This recipe was actually created by Bedros Keuilian! He and I both love Jay Robb’s Chocolate Egg White Protein, and even the kids ask for it in their oatmeal and yogurt. This pudding makes the perfect high protein, low carb snack that is ready in 2 minutes. With a full scoop of the protein and fat free Greek yogurt it has 42 grams of protein, 11 carbs and only 220 calories.
- 6 0z fat free Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop Jay Robb Chocolate Egg White Protein
- Mix protein powder into yogurt with a wire whisk. Stir until all lumps are gone.
