Maple Popcorn

Here’s what you need:

  • 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Sucanat
  • 6 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, mix the brown rice syrup, maple syrup, oil, sucanat and salt. Whisk the mixture and cook until boiling. Boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Lightly oil a large mixing bowl and place the popcorn and pecans inside. Stirin the syrup mixture and toss to coat. Set aside to cool. Once cooled, break into chunks and enjoy while watching a great movie :)
