Quick Raw Bruschetta

All the bruschetta flavor with none of the guilt
This is a quick snack or appetizer to throw together, and the result is delicious. If you don’t have Parma, feel free to simply sprinkle nutritional yeast on top.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 or 2 large heirloom tomato
- 10 basil leaves
- 10 flax chips
- Parma
- Sliced the tomato and layer each slice with a basil leaf, flax chips and a generous dousing of Parma.
