Add some flavor to your raw meal

This simple sauce adds great flavor to any raw dish. It’s incredibly simple to whip up.

Here’s what you need:

  • 2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • sea salt
  • *optional* ground cayenne
  1. Throw all the ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until smooth. Save for up to 5 days in the fridge.
