Avocado Sauce

Tastes like smooth guacamole
Avocados are amazingly creamy — which you really appreciate while on a raw food diet. This sauce is perfect for dipping raw veggies or for putting on lettuce wraps. It keeps for 5 days in the fridge, but it best within the first couple of days.
Here’s what you need:
- 1/2 an avocado, seeded and chopped
- 1 oz olive oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- dash of sea salt
- dash of cayenne
- Throw all the ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
