Spicy Raw Cheese Sauce

Perfect for dipping raw veggies or adding to lettuce wraps
This sauce adds great flavor and a nice creamy texture to any veggie dish. Feel free to add more or less cayenne depending on how spicy you like it. Make a double batch and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Here’s what you need:
- 1/2 cup raw pine nuts
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 a lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 garlic clove
- dash of freshly ground sea salt
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth.
