Raw Pizza

These are really tasty!
This is a dish that you can prepare quickly, given that you have all the ingredients on hand. The flavors are wonderful, so even if you aren’t on a strictly raw diet, it’s worth trying this one out.
Here’s what you need:
- Raw flat breads (I used Mauk Family Farm, Raw Wheat-Free Crust)
- Pistachio Pesto
- Sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- green olives, chopped
- capers
- fresh tomato, chopped
- fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Parma, Chipotle Cayenne
- Spread each flat bread with pistachio pesto, then top with all the ingredients.
