There seem to be endless varieties of raw shakes with the base of banana, almond butter and ice. Today I was in the mood for extra banana, so this is what I came up with. Also I’ve been using my cool new cinnamon grinder every chance I get. It adds amazing flavor.
- 2 bananas
- 3 Tablespoons raw almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ cup filtered water
- Throw everything into a high speed blender, blend until smooth and enjoy.
Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals: 525 calories, 26g fat, 8mg sodium, 76g carbohydrate, 9g fiber, and 10g protein
