Banana Cinnamon Shake

This shake makes an awesome on-the-go lunch
There seem to be endless varieties of raw shakes with the base of banana, almond butter and ice. Today I was in the mood for extra banana, so this is what I came up with. Also I’ve been using my cool new cinnamon grinder every chance I get. It adds amazing flavor.
Here’s what you need:
- 2 bananas
- 3 Tablespoons raw almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- Throw everything into a high speed blender, blend until smooth and enjoy.

This shake saved my day! It is sossssssssoooooooooooo delicious! I actually had frozen bananas, cashew butter and organic maple syrup so I substituted those few things and wow! I don’t know if it was the bananas being frozen but it literally had the consistency of ice cream, I totally felt like I was eating ice cream. Great recipe! Thanks!
