Wild blueberries have a rich antioxidant content, and are what give this shake its beautiful color. This shake is very filling–it makes a delicious light lunch.

  • 1 banana
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Raw Honey (I use YS Organic Bee Farm)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup filtered water
  • ½ cup Organic, wild blueberries, frozen

  1. Throw everything into a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
