Wild blueberries have a rich antioxidant content, and are what give this shake its beautiful color. This shake is very filling–it makes a delicious light lunch.
Happy Day Shake
- 1 banana
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon Organic Raw Honey (I use YS Organic Bee Farm)
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ cup filtered water
- ½ cup Organic, wild blueberries, frozen
- Throw everything into a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
