Everything Salad

Just like the Everything Bagel, only more lettuce and less bagel
When you’re looking for a salad that fills you up like a meal, look no further than the Everything Salad. This salad was so big that I put half of it back in the fridge for tomorrow’s lunch. The flavors and textures are wonderful, and it’s packed with healthy greens.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 handful organic mixed baby greens
- 1 handful organic arugula
- 1 handful organic spinach
- 2 teaspoons macadamia nut oil
- 1 teaspoon flax oil
- fresh squeezed juice from half a lime
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- thinly sliced onion, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons raw hemp seeds
- 1/8 cup organic mixed bean sprouts
- 1/2 an avocado, sliced
- sea salt to taste
- Optional: serve with Raw Wheat Free Crusts
- Mix the greens with the oils and lime juice in a large bowl. Throw the rest of the ingredient in and mix gently.
