Banana Shake

Mmmm, banana shake with a sprinkle of nutmeg
I came up with this one when my 4 yr old came down with a fever and needed something cold and comforting. This banana shake did the job, and even worked in a sippy cup!
Here’s what you need:
- 1 organic banana
- 4 scoops organic Vanilla Rice Dream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened rice milk (adjust this amount for your desired consistency)
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- Throw the banana and rice milk into a tall cup and use a hand blender (quicker clean up) or blend in regular blender. Pour into cup and sprinkle with nutmeg.
