Vegan Egg Replacement

When I first turned Vegan one of my biggest fears was that my days of baking were behind me. I must confess that I LOVE baking — coookies, muffins, breads, cakes…you name it and I’ll bake it for you.

As it turned out, Vegan baking is not only very possible, it is more delicious than anything I’d baked when using dairy and eggs.

One of the main ingredients used to bind baked goods together is traditionally eggs. This easy egg replacement recipe gets the job done, and also adds Omega-3 into the mix.
