Di’s Super Flour

Store all of these ingredients in the fridge to keep them fresh longer. Also, if you want to add some protein feel free to substitute 1 Tbl of oat flour with 1 Tbl of soy flour.
We all know that whole wheat flour is better for us than refined white flour, so I decided to take whole wheat flour to a new level. Di’s Super Flour is a combination of wheat germ, flax meal, garbanzo bean flour, oat flour and whole wheat flour– a combination that boosts both the nutritional content and the fiber.
Here’s the recipe for 1 cup of Di’s Super Flour:
- 1 Tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 Tablespoon flax meal
- 1 Tablespoon garbanzo bean flour
- 2 Tablespoons oat flour
- 2/3 cup stone ground whole wheat flour
Use this in place of refined white flour in any and every recipe. In fact, ban white flour from your kitchen!
