Di’s Super Flour is a combination of wheat germ, flax meal, garbanzo bean flour, oat flour and whole wheat flour– a combination that boosts both the nutritional content and the fiber.

Here’s the recipe for 1 cup of Di’s Super Flour:

  • 1 Tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 Tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 Tablespoon garbanzo bean flour
  • 2 Tablespoons oat flour
  • 2/3 cup stone ground whole wheat flour

Use this in place of refined white flour in any and every recipe. In fact, ban white flour from your kitchen!
